Ambulance door bottom ?

So I'm fixing a few ambulance door bottoms
The only ones that have not already been (fixed)
Bondo or poprivets and filler so I can't tell how it's suppose to look
Have round corners
So is the inner the same shape on the early door with just the outer skin being rounded on the later door
Or is the inner panel different too ?

The door bottoms and door tops are the same. Some have gone so far as to find an extra set of doors and cut the tops of and graft them to the bottom to make one good set.

Look at the tops and you'll see what the bottoms are supposed to look like.

For me buying the parts isn't realy a option
I have more time than money so going to make hammer forms to make several replacement panels
I have five sets of doors I want to fix
I never thought about looking at the top of the doors for the shape
