im sure all of you know ( i never emember) but i had a major hassle with overheating because a L/c machanic who replaced my smog pump in a hurry for me, since i was going on vacation, never tightend the smog pump, so the belt fell off on the Garden State Parkway, and EFF'd me up for about two hours. thatnk god i had an extra belt for it.
i never hurts to double check someone elses work, just like you'd do your own, huh?

bounce his head off the concrete a couple times...then maybe HE won't forget next time either. that s*** makes me sick - not doing what any home garage mechanic would do. and charging you 70-90/hr!

at least you had a spare belt.

Had my 40 into a mechanic (dealership) who FORGOT TO REFILL THE TCASE with lubricant. I got a new Tcase.

Checking is good. I ocassionally find something left un finished or not tightened up.
