This is something I started tonight. Its an Aluminum bumper that was took off of a troopie localy and was purchased in barter.
I don't have a before picture, but it was gnarly. Bolts were all rusted together pretty good.
Going to steel wool it the aluminum and blast the steel back plate. Then put some new rollers in with some grade 8 hardware.
Its pretty cool in that when designed they put a kink so you could run the saginaw under the bumper.
