That's some fantastic electrical work right there.
You went from an 80 amp unit to a 150 amp unit using the stock wiring. I believe you are going to get a surprise when you have a significant load on this unit.
What's the deal with the extra idler pulley?

Without the adjuster the alternator will start to lose tension. You should fabricate something to help keep it in place.
 
Also keep in mind that the OEM unit was 80 amp max. The white wire from the output terminal of the alternator to the fusible link junction box was gauged for that unit. Also the main fusible link is rated at 100 amps.

Best case with a large load, the main fusible link opens.
It goes south pretty quickly from there.
