Just got this installed yesterday. It lets you control your Ipod from the radio. Works great and you don't need to fiddle with the iPod while driving, which makes it safer.

I got the stereo, inteface adaptor installed and the 4 door speakers rewired all for $100. The sound is so much better now. I know i could have done the harness but the price of the rewire/install was way better then best buy/ frye's/ circuit city, i couldn't pass it up. The alpine stereo is so much more powerful than the factory amp, sounds like it could blow the speakers.
If anybody in North Texas is thinking about upgrading their stereo call these guys Dynamic Audio (972) 303-4494.
