The leather wrap that covers my shifter started cracking and separating. Has this happened to anyone else, and what did you do to remedy it? It is too late to save mine, how do I go about replacing it?

why not just torch it off?

Maybe I should buy a new one, then cover it with neoprene, then take the neoprene off and sell it? :flipoff2: :flipoff2:

If you're into bikes, buy some handlebar cork tape and wrap it.

hehehe.... good one, that ought send him back to polishing his oil filter collection for a while.

No wob, you've got it wrong again.

You would have to buy a new one, cover it with leather, then cover the leather with neoprene, then take off the neoprene and sell it, then cover it with that tacky canvas crap.

LOL...you guys are great! Even if that old wound is gone and healed....you'll open it up again and pour more salt in. Poor Eric tries to be funny and now he's cowering in the corner with his tail between his legs.... :flipoff2:

That is an improvement over what I usually fondle while driving. Gives new meaning to the term "carjacking."

Don't even act like y'all have never done it.... :flipoff2:

That was a joke, by the way.

What is it they say, there are only two kinds of liars. Those who say they don't and those that say they stopped.......:D

That would be only 10 kinds of liars....
