This looks highly doubtful. Banaue is a tiny town in the middle of the rice terraces and rolls up the streets at 9pm at the latest. I'll now know never to trust an IH8MUD Forumer!

LCPHIL,

;) Banaue is a small town in the mountains that I like to drive to when I have the time. It's a great place to be.

Banawe is a street in Quezon City known for all it's car shops and parts stores. It's where I do my shopping for accessories and parts. I've been buying Cliffords from Benjie for the last 10 years. He is said to give a lifetime guarantee on Cliffords and I did have trouble with mine 3 years after I bought it from him. He fixed it with no charge.

LCPHIL,

I'm wondering what part of the Philippines you would be in if you don't know about Banawe.

Give me a break! I just moved here last month. And all though I've been coming here for the last 12+ years, I'm still finding my way. I'll try to find Banawe and have a look this week end. If Benjie can install it and service it that would be great. I tried to find a number for Kingspeed, but I find the telephone directory pretty useless unless you just get lucky. Do you have a number for Benjie?

Thanks, I appreciate your assistance.

Benjie's shop is NEXT to Kingspeed. If you enter Banawe from E. Rodriguez the shop will be on the second block to your left. I don't have his phone. I normally just drop in on him when I need him. I find Mondays to be a good time to get some of his time as the rest of the week seems to be used by all his other customers. Just ask for Benjie when you get to the area, or for the shop that sells Cliffords.

These days there are a lot of shops that sell alarms that cost a lot less than cliffords and offer a lot more features. If I didn't already have a clifford I would be looking at the others.

Too late for me too. I didn't want something popular to increase the chance of it being difficult to defeat. The model I got is feature filled. Way too much for me to use, I think. I hope it works out. The car won't arrive for another month so I have a lot of time to get organized.

Thanks for the note.
