Hello friends, does anyone have experience with Chinese parts, for example AHC globes or AHC shocks? Thanks for the opinions.

I have ordered two sets of globes, one for my 100 and 200 series from eBay, they were shipped in from Japan or somewhere over there. They showed up quickly. No issues.

FWIW. Japan is not part of china;)

Op, buy oem parts, from over seas. 4 globes are about 500 bucks. On the globe or ahc threads, you can find the links you need.

If you want to put cheap knockoff stuff on, do it in non-critical areas. For instance, I have a Chinese leather seat bottom. Works/looks great, easy install, and cost $50. However, drive train related/engine related, not somewhere to do so. OEM Toyota parts make it 200k+ in most cases, so why not replace them with that same peace of mind?
Example, my 24 year old OEM UCA’s just got replaced at 301,506. That said, one was a OEM rebuilt with 555 and the other was a 555 complete UCA. If you are going to buy aftermarket, at least shoot for Japanese made.
