Hello

I’ve been reading for 2 days 100s of threads about AHC issues. Tried multiple things but cannot resolve issue.i have lots of experience fixing cars but quite noob with electrical systems. Always have friends help in that field while building race cars.

2002 lx470 US model. Did an AHC fluid change like I’ve done many times I had 8 graduations. Just this time it went south. I followed PADDOs procedure as usual. Car dropped. Reservoir never went dry. But on 2 globes hose escaped and fluid was spraying air might have gotten into system.
Started car pump was running albeit quite loud. But creating no pressure. Car was not raising. Bleed all bleeder screws 4 times. Not much came out. Then as I started the car pump was not turning no upon startup. Things I have checked. I am waiting for tech stream cable in the mail.

-AHC Relay continuity checks ok, I swapped with the other relay of same color and specs, no changes
-Checked all fuses under dash AHC-ig AHC-b and by battery fuse box 50amp AHC AM1 number 2 20amp and AM1 number 1 80amp
-Tried connecting pump white/gray cable from pump to +battery terminal and other to negative to test pump. No luck.
-Tried connecting diagnostics box e1 and Ts pump doesn’t come on
-When I checked voltage for cables for AHC pump I am getting 0v.

My guess is reservoir was dirty and between dirt and air bubbles pump failed. But why I am not getting any power to the pump?
