I’ve been able to successfully remove the AHC lines to each shock with the exception of the driver side rear. Also trying to figure out how to remove the pump (that’s what I assume it is?) and the supply line to the driver side rear shock. I’ve removed the two bolts along the bottom of the pump but it’s still solidly attached and other than the one bolt on top of the frame (which is also a bear) I’m at a loss. Am I missing something?

The passenger rear supply line was a bear to get out being sandwiched between the frame and the body and it’s even worse on the driver side. Any suggestions?

Cut it out, if you don’t plan on using it again

It was easy for me to see where the upper bolts would be located after viewing photos of a new Height Control Accumulator Cylinder. I also used a phone camera to take some photos too. I realized I would have to remove the driver seat to access the bolts from above.. I removed the large vibration damper and two large bolts to better access the left front accumulator. I needed to access the line from the reservoir/pump on the Height Contral Accumulator Cylinder as well as unplug the pressure solenoid plug on the opposite end. With the vehicle still raised off the wheels I slowly released the pressure from the left front Accumulator Sphere bleeding it into a pan until pressure was totally released. I then removed the Accumulator Sphere and was able to get a line wrench in to remove the line from the reservoir/pump and unplugged the solenoid. I then used a steel rod sharpened at the end to punch a dent/hole in the floor pan over both bolt heads from under neath. ( see photos ) I then removed the seat tilting it to the rear, cut the carpet from around the fan to access the floorboard. I found the dents I had punched from under and drilled them with a drill bit to look and make sure I was over the bolts. I then cut the sheet metal bending it back to further access the bolts, soaked them with derusto after striking them from the top with a fat punch to shock them loose. This would be a good time to raise the car off it wheels and putting a hose on the Height Control Bleeder and slowly break it loose bleeding the pressure slowly from the Height Control Accumulator located under drivers seat. A full-face mask or goggles may keep you from being sprayed if you bleed too fast.. If the bleeder is rusted you may be able to break the flair nut loose, slowly releasing the pressure. In my case the line rusted through, so I had no pressure to bleed off. ( As many have warned, never get under the vehicle unless all 4 wheels are raised on ramps or stands high enough that you will not be "crushed" while bleeding / releasing pressure on any of the four Accumulators located at each wheel cylinder/shock assy. The vehicle will drop all the way to its stops!!..)
I then removed the bolts from under the seat and then the lower bolts to the side of the frame removing the Height Control Accumulator Cylinder ....
