The re-leveling butt drop after I come to a stop is not slow or particularly smooth, but not like you've pulled a jack stand out from under the truck either. I'd say it takes about 1.5 seconds.

The rear leveling tends to be due less to brake dive rather rear jacking. More pronounced when coming
in hot on a downgrade like a freeway offramp. Easing to a stop will reduce this rear jacking correction.

Certainly feel that, getting used to driving and liking it a lot more! It's definitely got better body control than our previous Expedition

American built junk will never ever compare to true Japanese high quality, Tier 1 products.

Glad you got rid of that POS.
Yep, we tried being open-minded and gave it a try. That said, the community around the Expedition is actually really beautiful, cuz we spend so much time together sharing common problems and fixes 😄

EDIT: More like venting problems with each other, cuz Ford Service Department's only diagnostics procedure is always just "oop, it's normal! That's how it is intended to be!"

I have had decent service from Open Road Lexus in Port Moody, depending where you are. Being out in Langley I was going to Open Road Toyota in Abbotsford and I would give them a pass, not recommended.

Yea, went to Abbotsford Toyota a couple months ago and their vehicles are still being marked-up while sitting and rotting in away in their lot loool!

Have you replaced your AHC fluid? If so, have you also done it at Open Road? Our closest dealer is Jim Pattison and they seem fine. I still don't have enough trust for them to touch the AHC system tho.

I had it done once at Port Moody but they only sucked the reservoir dry and added fluid. At least that what I thought because the amount of fluid wasnt enough for a complete change. Then I did it with my grandkids and it was pretty easy. Where are you? I’m in Langley and I am trying them again.

Wow, are they that incompetent? Not even bothering to check the fluid level prior to sending the car away?
I am in the North Shore, so the closest dealer is the Northshore Jim Pattison Lexus

No, they only sucked the fluid out of the reservoir and replaced it, they didn’t bleed the old fluid at the corners. To be fair that was what they charged me for.

The LC isn't available in Canada! So mad to find out about that after moving here, so we'll just have to settle with the LX here in the Great White North (eventho it's not even that cold here in Vancouver lol). Does your LX do the nose dive correction?
I had a 2000 LC traded for a LX470 200K miles started to have problems, sold and bought a 2013 LX570 with 46,000 on it, adjusted sensor height all the way up and now fit 285/60 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on it, even 1" diameter makes a big difference. I an old guy so I like the comforts of the LX and can't afford to rock climb and get in trouble but I do some really tough climbs and long desert trips around Las Vegas. Even installed a 12,000 lb winch behind the front grill fits perfect, actually don't even know it's there. Pulled a jeep lying on it's side back up and out of a crevasse somewhere in the back hills of El Cahon Pass in California.
