Here is the part numbers for my unit that I purchased in 10/09

250-1223 - Cruise Control, Global Electronic
250-3734 - Universal Angle Mount - Right Side (there will be a different part # for the left side like wardharris has in the picture)
250-4170 - Sensor Adapter for Import Vehicles w/ ext harness (this is the VSS generator)

I got the Rostra cruise control from http://shop.brandondist.com/

The trick with this unit is figuring out the DIP switch settings. It took a little trial and error but I think I have it set up now.

You can see the Rostra install manual, with DIP switch settings at the following link:

The Rostra kit can be installed in manual transmission vehicles as well as automatics. The only added item is installation of a disengagement switch, Rostra part # 250-4206.

Thanks for all the info. Looks like I can use the Rostra VSS for the ECU and cruise control if so desired.

Forgot the "brains" installed on fender well. It's about 6" by 6" by 2" and sits out of the way next to the ECM for my GM motor.

I’m doing this with my 60 right now. Just wondering how you attached to the throttle cable. Any chance you could post a pic of how you attached the cruise cable to the throttle? Cheers mate?
