Hello.
I purchased a 2006 100 series earlier in the year and am loving it. It came with Method wheels and love those as well. I have had a SoCal Teardrops trailer for a few years now that has oem 80 series wheels on it (i had a 1993 80 series previously). I would like to continue to just carry a single spare tire i can share between the 100 and the trailer. I understand finding trailer hubs with brakes that have a 100 series bolt patter are nearly impossible to find in the States. So and as i understand things my options are:

1. Attempt to locate trailer hubs (Australia?) that have the 100 series pattern.
2. Buy Method wheels in the 80 series pattern for the trailer so they will look the same as the 100 and then purchase an adapter to i can bolt the 100 series spare on the trailer if needed. If someone could point me to the proper adapter for this i would very much appreciate it.
3. Purchase wheel adapters for the trailer and purchase and run 100 series Method wheels on the trailer (same as the 100). Again, would love to get input on which adapter to purchase.

Thank you all for your input and assistance !
Sean

It looks like there is some info in this other thread about the topic.

100 Series Trailer Hubs

Both regarding 5x150 hubs or wheel adapters. It looks like you already posted in that thread, so maybe thats not what your looking for. It seems like a 6x5.5 -5x150 adapter might not be available. So the other options are: - to get a 5 lug hub, either 5x150 hub (which may not have enough backspacing) or a 5x5.5 (to use with an adapter to 5x150)
-Or get 2 adapters 6x5.5-5x5.5& 5x5.5- 5x150.

I guess it depends on what you need for back spacing and options. If the trailer was going to be used with other vehicles, it might me more versatile to use the adapters and be able to go back to the 6 lug. I'm not sure how legitimate it is to stack adapters, but it they were torqued properly on a trailer then it might not be an issue.

Hey and thank you for responding!
Ya i checked the other thread and tried to track down hubs with really no luck. So it sounds like i need to do some work and measure the back spacing on the Method wheels and see if adapters will work. I have never used or looked at adapters in the past so i am very lost in this realm. Gotta do my homework now!
