I'm looking at a truck from a trusted colleague.

Single owner 1999 100 Series. I've not seen it yet closely, but this is what I know....

-216k, 3k oil changes since new.
-Replaced interior. New factory leather.
-Female driven, some small parking lot dings.
-Has a normal radio, so no combo ac controls. Which is good for me.

Has a loose front end, I'm budgeting a complete front end rebuild. Fresh set of recent factory sized tires.

He can't seem to ever remember doing a timing belt and water pump. Is it possible for the factory stuff to have gone that long?

I'll have more pics and info tomorrow. I'm waiting to review the maintenance records.

What price range is this vehicle in?

^^^ There is a rear locker complete rear axle 4:3 ratio on ebay for $750 or best offer with free ship.

I am currently working to get the front drive line to be perfect. It is CV axles and fange at the wheel/hub that seems to go bad. I heard from camelbacktoyota that EMPI CV axles are one of the best aftermarket CV axles money can buy. I am currently looking at those. There is a thread about the front clunk in this forum at the moment.

No way a timing belt that is going to last that long. I did mine after 110 K miles. All looks good as long as the previous belt is OEM. Bought the kit from rockauto AISIN kit (Mitsuboshi belt, Aisin water koyo bearings)
