Getting the next gen ER Toolbags builtout. Yep.....the HD aswell!

Secret squirrel s***....been working on a new design/product for several months now. Done a number of field tests and received feedback from some trusted Overlanders to workout any small bugs and this week we go to prototype development at our manufacturing facility. It now goes from hand drawn, hand patterned, hand cut and sewn to CAD design, computer cut and manufacture professionally sewn. I love this stuff! Hope to have the new item at Easter Jeep in Moab and then the two OE events!

Update: Approved the pre-manufacture prototype! Put in queue for manufacturing here in our Colorado facility. Hope to have at Easter Jeep in about 5 weeks!

Update 2: Final development of another new ATC product. Hope to get out into the field shortly for testing....what a great winter/spring so far!

OK, so...I've been putting off buying one of these tool/shop rolls for like, forever. Forever forever—I think I remember you before you even made these, back when I was active in the 60 series forum. And I've hovered over the buy button more times than I can count.

It's tough to tell size on the website. I didn't buy it a few times, because it didn't look big enough, and the last thing I want is some tools here, some things there, etc. I bought it thinking I might have to return it.

What a dope I am! Just got it in the mail today. It's ENORMOUS, holds everything I usually carry, with room to spare. Fits perfectly in the ARB drawers. Maybe finally my tools won't rattle around over all of our craptastic roads.

I have no idea why I waited so long. It looks like it could hold back a hurricane. Now I need more of the stuff you sell, thanks a lot!

One problem though—mine didn't come with a dog? :hillbilly: (Cool dog, @shellb)

That looks great! Thank for posting! We can't keep em stock......but we have a few and will be bringing them to the Rocky Mountain Overland Rally, OE19 East and some Colorado region events! cheers!

Oh yeah, and for those waiting on our new mega tool attache' it's out of testing and in production and we hope to release it at OE East! Man it's been a hectic summer.

Would you be able to provide any more information or photos of it?

Jeff-
Thanks for asking, but we're holding off on any photos/details till the release. My apologizes, but we've been knocked off so many times by releasing "spy shots" that we've been forced into this position. I hope that makes sense.

NEW! Made in Colorado, U.S.A., the Expedition Pack is built to hold a whole lot of tools or other gear. Four deep, wide compartments provide significant storage, while streamlining organization. TP-21 ballistic mesh, the toughest mesh out there, creates visibility of compartment contents, while allowing air to circulate in, and moisture to circulate out. The blaze orange 1000d Cordura interior provides excellent visibility in low light conditions. Though it holds plenty, when zipped closed the Pack has such a slim profile that it easily fits in narrow vertical spaces or horizontal areas (eg. in drawer systems or under seats), thereby maximizing storage while minimizing space consumed. 1000d Cordura provides a tough, water-resistant exterior, while 1500d Ballistic Cordura protects the bottom with its impervious durability. And because ATC gear is built using the highest-quality U.S.-made materials, the Expedition Pack will provide a lifetime of rugged service. Available in Tan, Gray, and Red Cordura. **Through December 24th, every Expedition Pack comes with a free Tool Pouch.** For more details please visit adventuretoolcompany.com
