This isnt land cruiser related but I thought I would share. I took a bunch of gopro footage this summer on my ocean to ocean trip. I had intended to add pictures and some commentary. I was also thinking of putting in the music that was kinda in my head in the different states. But kinda gave up on that.

enjoy

Pretty awesome! Thanks for sharing.

13:39 for some Ih8mud love!

That was great. Kudos to you for the balls to make that trip. Love the variation in terrain. Awesome.

That is Epic! Congrats! Did you have an idea what way to go or just pick a trail and ride it?
Thats Awsome!always wanted to do that but never had the stones

I pretty much stuck to the Trans America Trail. With a few variations here and there. 98% of it would be doable in a 40. Maybe in a few more years...

Oh we have to do this as a club function. 3 weeks out then book an auto hauler to bring the trucks back and we take a one way flight home.. Stump...I need a "second!"

We kept hearing there were a group of new Land rovers doing at least the colorado and utah sections for an up coming advertising campaign. We were always a day or two behind them. Once we got past utah no more locals seemed to have seen them.

Yeah their video is on the TAT website. If a couple of stock LREs can do it so can we. They started in Asheville though.

I pass a cool 40 at 39:15

I linked it without realizing it had been updated with the new land rover footage. Very cool video, trip of a lifetime for me. Some day I'll do it in my 40. Sooner rather than later I think.

I did a road trip with the kids this summer, minimal off road. A little forest roads at the grand canyon. For those that like that kind of thing.

if you hang in there or skip ahead I stumbled across vintage off road while in flagstaff. I had never heard of it but they had an impressive parking lot of cruisers! unfortunately they were closed

Vintage Off-Road is the business of Greg Mushro, a criminal of the highest order, just ask @Tikicruiser about him and his "business" practices.

oh bummer, I don't like hearing stories like that. Sure were a bunch of nice land cruisers out there.
