Taking a 10hr drive.

Any accessories that would help to make things more comfortable/convenient?

Already purchased the BH3D cup holders and air vent phone mount holder.

Maybe a seat cushion? Any ideas would be appreciated!

Charging solution for everyone's electronics. Preferably with fast charge capability to keep up with use and add charge.

If you have an iPhone with Magsafe, then the best vent phone holder (IMHO) is this one:

I think having a MagSafe phone mount is huge for long drives (if you have a late model iPhone). It’s wonderful not having to plug the phone in to charge it and it can keep the phone in easy view if you are using it as a map.

I don’t have a vent mounted one, but am very happy with windshield mounted arm that still ends at the AC vent. It seems that this is a bit sturdier since it rests on the dash.
Something like this:

Windshield Car Phone Mount Long Arm, APPS2Car 13 Inches Gooseneck Magnetic Window Mobile Holder for Truckers Drivers Semi Truck SUV MPV Vehicle Compatible with All iPhone Samsung Phones iPad Mini https://a.co/d/cjJDaQQ

(I say “seems” because I have never messed with a vent mounted system to verify which is sturdier.)

Edit:
They don’t charge terribly fast, but that doesn’t matter if you can leave it charging while you drive and look at it.

Took yearly or more long road trips. It was always just me or me and wife and dog. Things we tend to take. Something for trash can be any plastic bag or something more elaborate, napkins and/or baby wipes, hand sanitizer, small assortment of your preferred snacks if you are not into what's at 7-11, drinks in small cooler. Emergency type stuff was 1gallon jug of water, flash light, gloves to change tire. I also keep a first aid kit and fire extinguisher in my road trip cars. If your older like me I tend to drive no more than 2 to 2.5 hours then stop and take walk, get gas, get 7-11 junk. I hop back in then do another 2 to 2.5 hours. When I was young I would go till tank got empty. These things work fine for any interstate or highway style travel. I got another list if I am heading off the beaten path. Have FUN.

windshield washer fluid. it’s summer time and you’ll probably run into a few bugs.

I generally want to avoid mounting system that simultaneously charge my phone. I want the option to not charge while still using my phone. On a long drive, i don't want my phone to be bouncing off 100% charge for hours and hours.

For me, windshield mount is just yet another thing that blocks view. I already have a V1G2 radar detector and dash cam...and tollway sticker...don't need another thingy stuck to windshield.

The other thing is ventilation. Any mount the blocks the back of phone can contribute to overheating the phone...esp if you driving into the sun. The sun will cook your phone...add to that, your phone is constantly working due to navigation...(and add to that if you are simultaneously charging your phone while navigating)...and your phone screen will probably be max brightness for you to see...aka recipe for overheating.

That is why (after a few mis-buys) i have settled on the one above. Just went on a road trip last month. The AC Vent mount was ideal. Despite sun (hot summer!!), charging, navigation for hours, my iPhone 14 Pro never even got lukewarm! When my phone got near 100%, i just unplug from charging. Once it got down to 60% or less, i plug it back in.

CarPlay/android auto and a small vehicle trash bag
Yup!!! This is what i use:

For the hard to clean bugs my father would have a sponge and a powder cleaner, like Comet/Ajax. The latter is probably not needed if one has a sponge with "Scotch-bite" side. In cleaning out his travel box I found both plus a chammy and more.

After doing so many long drives, my essentials are phone charger with fast charging capability, healthy snacks so you don't feel terrible from junk food, and window cleaner for the bugs. I don't need much else to sit.
