Accelerator Rod Boot (1 Viewer)

The boot where the accelerator rod goes through the firewall was missing from my BJ40. The local parts supplier had a picture of the Toyota part but no stock of the part itself. So I took a steering rack end boot for a Toyota minivan and trimmed it. It snapped into the firewall snugly. I fixed the front end wi( a zip tie.

Thanks for the offer but I’m fully satisfied with my $4 adaptation. My BJ40 is so non-standard it would cost less to just buy one that’s already restored.
