AC and Radio come alive about 20 seconds after turning on.

Seriously never ever move to a hot and humid country. My solid as a rock cruiser has been nothing but trouble since I moved. New Problem.

After turning on the car: The AC and the aftermarket radio with an amp take about 10-15 seconds to turn on. They both have displays on, but no sound and no air. 10-15 seconds later music starts playing and suddenly the ac display turns up the fans and turns on the ac and it starts blowing air. What could this be?

Nope, but Ive narrowed it to starting only when its cool outside and the gas cap is off. So I just keep it running all day long and lock it manually with the metal key. The parts are being fedexed to me. Should be here in 3-5 days.

What is the common component...

Bells are banging in my head that if this were me, I'd be pulling out my fluke meter and start testing leads. I'd be looking to see if I'm getting the correct electrical load on the systems in question. It feels as if a capacitor is waiting to be charged but, I have no idea how it is playing out with the AC. I know the AC takes quite a load to run as well.

***EDIT*** I have no idea how this system is truly setup, so please base my reply as such. I've not had a need yet to break out a wiring diagram of the nav/radio.. I wish you the best and am sorry to see you have so many issues***

I know right. Thank god I have a replacement car for the time being. The funny thing is everything was working perfectly back in my previous country. Hard to believe a 2,000 mile move would mess something up so badly.
