Does anyone have any advice or guidance as to how to stop water infiltration at the A pillar?

Clear out your sunroof drains

^ and make sure the rivets holding the trims surrounding the windshields on both A-pillars are also sealed.

I use weed wacker filament to chase these drains.

I had my a-pillars completely blasted out, sanded and repainted along with a new OEM Nightview windshield.

How much did it run for the blasting, sanding and repaint?

You’ve told us the symptom. The above are solutions to a range of problems, but we don’t know what problem you have. Where is the water coming from?

4 likely options - sunroof drains, windshield side trim, windshield seal (rare), and if you’re just seeing water in footwell, could also be around hvac/blower. Figure out which is your problem, and solution will be recommended.

Also would be a good time to check the roof rack bolts are completely sealed.
