So after a couple thousand KM's on very rough roads I developed a wierd rattling noise from my passenger side dashboard. Turned out to be the A Pillar had developed a crack from the lip of the windscreen (for the gasket) to the bottom of the A pillar (on the outside). I have yet to pull the headliner and windscreen to get a good look, but am thinking of having it welded- any tips, suggestions, etc...
I'm told this is common and was wondering if any one else has experience with the same problem.
