I don't own this (I own an LX450 and LX470)... however, this has been parked behind a storage place (in the Glendale/Peoria AZ area) for several months that I know of, so I figured I'd post photos here in case:
  1. Someone here recognizes it, or...
  2. ... there would be interest in inquiring further if someone is interested in buying/salvaging it*
* I do not know anything about the vehicle, but I believe someone at the storage place is either the mechanic, or owns it (I suspect it is the former... and it is semi-abandoned) (note the TX plates). It may be a long-shot, but I could inquire further at the facility.

Given Texas plates I’d look to see if there is a date anywhere indicating last year if registration.

If I had my car at a secure storage place, I’d be annoyed to find photos of it online and people crawling around it checking the condition of the frame etc... just saying.

Beyond asking the office about it or calling the number of the manager if it’s one of the places that isn’t staffed, you should probably mind your own business.

Agreed. This isn't a neglected cruiser, just one that is on the owners back burner for the time being ..

Leaving a cruiser outside, in Phoenix, all year long doesn’t exactly scream taken care of. With no sun shade or dark tinted windows, the sun here will make quick working turning that interior to dust in a few seasons.

Possible that it belongs to a deployed service man? Poor storage option though.

Agreed. I have hesitated a long time for this very reason... however, it hasn't been touched for many months (maybe years), and I figured there wouldn't be much harm in the photos since only a general location was given. Also, I thought if it is a "missing" vehicle, then maybe someone on here would be glad I didn't mind my own business.

I have not "crawled around" it, but did see the 2016 registration sticker on the windshield.
