Thats funny, he is a friend of mine. When we first got there, I was the first to go down and up the hill with fresh snow. Well I didnt make it all the way up the first time because I had to plow through all the snow.

Nice! Wheeling in the snow...sound like a Christmas jingle!:)Merry Christmas!

Looks like a lot of fun! How much did you get up there. We got around 16-18 here.

Is that a light pole beside the trail?

Mark...

It was a telephone pole. We got about 22inches. Fun for the weekend, but caused havoc the rest of week with all the non snow drivers.

AH yes, here in the east coast we ran out of wilderness ages ago and now the private lands are under attack

cool shots, I'll have to beat the storm next time :steer:

Nice, where did you go wheeling exactly? I'm in NoVA too and don't know of any place close by that hasn't been paved over already.

It's been a while since we've had some significant snow fall in the area. I just cruised around looking for unplowed streets to have fun.

It was a blast. About 1 on Saturday a neighbor called. They had asked a plow to sweep their pipe stem. It was a Chevy dually crew cab. Well the guy wasn't too bright and drove down the steep driveway at the end of the pipe stem and got stuck.

When I got there he was spun off the driveway and was now in the yard and stuck good. A woman in a Expedition was attempting to pull him out. I had my doubts I could pull him out but I grabbed the tow strap and a 3 or 4 good jerks and he was back on the driveway. We cleared the snow away and he was able to back up the drive.

Now all the neighbors on the pipe stem think 80's are kick ass trucks!

A friend of mine has a buddy that owns about a 100 acres next to South Riding. They use it for hunting.
