I don't think it is quite organized as a step-by-step replacement guide, but the AC chapter in the FSM is comprehensive. If you've got access to a decent printer, I'd just print that whole chapter out and have it on hand for the whole process. It wasn't really a difficult repair in my opinion. If I were starting from scratch without the tools, I'd probably go ahead and buy the vacuum pump, both to pull a deep extended vacuum to make sure the system is moisture free, but also to satisfy myself that there are no leaks before taking it to be charged. I bought the gauges myself and charging it was the most complicated and confusing part of the job... though in the end I did get it to work quite well.
