Remember, this is a family friendly event, so load up the spouse and kids.

Although we’re several months out, it might be prudent to add us to your calendar. 😁

Although we already have an impressive number of sponsors for this event, we would still like to expand that list. If you, as an individual or as a company, would like to come onboard, please give me a shout. 😊
Thanks

Yet, another sponsor / donor. 👍 (Skotti-Grill USA)

The LJ and KZ Cruisers have been woefully under-represented at previous Meet & Greet’s . Hopefully those numbers will change this year. 😊
The “heavy duty guys” will simply spread rumors as to why you didn’t show up. You don’t want that to happen. 😊

All registered to go. We are really looking forward to going. Will a schedule of events be posted so I can coordinate arrival times?
The event kicks off Thursday evening (9/19) with dinner at the host cabins. So in essence, the bulk of Thursday is set aside as a travel day. Both Friday and Saturday mornings we divide the group up and spend the bulk of the day on Windrock’s many trails. Your host provide all 3 evening meals and the Saturday evening meal marks the end of the event although you are free to further explore Windrock on Sunday if your schedule allows. 😊

** If you have any additional questions please reach out to me.

Ok, that helps. I have about 800 miles to travel there... and a job, so Thursday is nice to have as a travel day rather than Wednesday. What time do we meet at the trail Head/rendezvous point on Friday and Saturday? I'll be staying with a friend nearby, not on site, so we will drive in each day to meet the group.

Normally around 9:00am in Windrock’s main parking lot. I'll update the thread with a lot more info in September.

Although this event is focused on the 70 Series, all other Land Cruisers are welcome to participate. 😊

Appalachia Cruisers is looking forward to another great event!

Our club members plan to guide trails both Friday and Saturday.

Friday we plan to do the trail (s) to Panther Rock, one of the neat scenic spots at Windrock. It is typically a mild trail that offers several lines so multiple experience levels can test their skills and the truck’s capabilities or not. It is great for the eager beginner that wants to learn and do more as well as a few spots to keep the experienced wheelers entertained while also entertaining the others who just want to spectate!

Saturday we will have a couple of options to either return to Panther Rock with a different group or tackle another mild and entertaining trail with the same or similar group. The best part of Windrock are all the options that are available and weather and recent trail traffic make things a little different each time!

We look forward to seeing everyone and a whole bunch of 70 Series!
