Last year our meal budget for all 3 nights was approximately $1,200.00 - $1,400.00. If you as an individual or as a company would like to donate even a portion of the meal cost, it would be appreciated. Every dollar we save on the meal side of the equation is another dollar for the ALS Association.

Windrock is a VERY popular off-road park and if you plan to rent a cabin, camp or stay in an area hotel it is prudent to book early.

Depending on the amount of donations we receive, we’ll either try to pull-off a fund-raising raffle this year or at a minimum, have some cool door prizes. Either way, we’ll try to have items that are appealing to everyone.

In response to a message I received today…….

With the understanding that not everyone has the experience or the desire to tackle tough trails, we offer a number of options which includes easy (scenic) trails, some with the occasional challenge, and some that might be best suited for vehicles with special equipment (armor). Last but not least, you have the option to self guide among the dozens of trails offered at Windrock.

** Another issue that might be causing some confusion……
Our event has grown to the extent, that it was prudent to purchase liability insurance and in my opinion the best option was to purchase a policy provided through the TLCA (Toyota Land Cruiser Association). As a result of this affiliation, all drivers (and only drivers) are required to be members of the TLCA.
Aa you proceed through the registration process for this event, you’ll be asked to provide a TLCA number.
