99 100 series lift help

Hello, I am new here. I have a 99 100 series and want to lift it a bit. I assume that OME is the way to go w/ the slee drop off kit. Am I correct? Also, what size tires could I run with the taller, HD lift? How easy is the kit to install (I will prob. have someone do the work) and what would be a good price for that? Thanks so much.
