98 LC Rear Hatch on 99 LX (1 Viewer)

I've looked around and haven't found a thread specifically relating to this. From what I've seen, it looks like the LC hatch should fit fine, but I figured some of ya'll know better than me. I'm replacing the original hatch with rust around the rear glass with one without rust.

I know the lower hatch won't fit since it houses the tail lights, but am unsure about the upper.

Yeah... Fortunately I'm just replacing the upper hatch. The other option is to have the body shop grind out the rust on the original hatch.
