What's going on with this truck? From the few pictures that are attached, it doesn't seem like it was a SAS?

Look at pic#3. That's a '79 front axle. The push/pull steering drag link has been cut/welded into a dangerous state.
Unless he comes clean with the truth about it, do not buy.
