Found it when I plugged in my dongle to use OBD Fusion on my phone.
 
follow that cord.....
Did you finance the car? many dealers now instal a GPS on the car
 
It’s a gps tracker used for dealer lot management. The dealer seemingly forgot to remove it or they’re actually tracking me.

If that truck was ever at a buy here pay here dealer then it had that on it and those are the easy ones. They use them to track and if necessary recover their cars.

Ha! Dealer isn’t but Mr. T stills is via the Toyota App. When you buy a new Toyota (and I assume any other new vehicle) you sign an agreement which allows them to monitor all kinds of stuff, location is one of them. You can opt in or out to allow them to share data with insurance companies. I opted out of that but Mr. T knows all.
