Purchased this LX450 from a friend and this was his third vehicle. Garage kept

Timing Belt and Water Pump replaced @200K miles

New shocks @ 200K miles

Cd player does not work

Front Driver's seat bottom cushion in need of repair

Check engine light on ~ egr most likely

All maintenance records on hand

Might doublecheck that timing belt, I doubt it was due for a change.

Do you have all the paper reciepts for the work done?
A quick pic with your reciepts fanned out will help.

Besides the shocks, when was the last front axle service?
