I have had this truck for a little over a year and don’t really want to sell her, but need to free up a little cash for the kitchen remodeling.
I will try to be as honest and straightforward as I can in describing her.
Bought it completely stock from a guy in Charlotte, NC who had it only for a few months and decided he needed a truck. He bought it from the original owner also in Charlotte, NC. Carfax showed that the vehicle has spent its whole life in NC or SC. NO RUST ANYWHERE.
I have all of the service records from The Toyota and Lexus dealerships in Charlotte. These records start at 27 miles and go to 201,000 miles. The original owner took great care of this car and these records are proof of it.
All synthetic oil changes were documented at dealerships.
@206,000 Marlin crawler front axle kit along with new front wheel bearings, swapped birfs and put 100 series front break pads on
@205,000 oil pump seal replaced along with distributor seal
Water pump, fan clutch, alt. idler pulley @136,000.
EGR valve and EGR VSV @ 123000 but I still get the egr code.
Auto trans flush and fuel filter @ 112,000
E.F.I. service and fuel injectors cleaned @ 86,000
Auto Trans service @ 74,000
Head gasket replaced @ 69,000
EFI service, cleaned injectors @ 67,000
@ 56,000 Lexus records show that "radiator was sent out to be cleaned out" not sure what that means exactly
@46,000 axles serviced with transfer and diffs
30,000 mile service
15,000 miles service
10,000 mile service
5,000 miles service
@27 miles it say "put Hendrick Lexus logos on" I think that's funny!
Since I have owned I have installed or completed the following:
Custom swing out rear bumper & tire carrier, bought from other MUD Member.
J Spring Lift with spacers up front giving her a level stance and roughly 4 inches of lift.
Long travel shocks OME
yellow bushings caster correctors
Metal Tech front sway bar drops
Center lock diff switch (hazard switch)
5 BFG mud terrains 285s brand new spare still.
Pioneer head unit, 4 pioneer speakers with tweeters mounted up high near top of front window
Known problems:
EGR Check engine light its on.
Slight leak from power steering pump line. I have a new banjo bolt I has going to replace but have not done it yet.
Slight seepage from rear main.
Leather shows its age.
Body is perfect with a few small scratches here and there.
Have the 3rd row seats in shed.
I think I have listed everything.
Please ask any questions and give me a day to put up some other pics besides these 2.
