I have a friend looking for a Nice Original Lower mileage LX 450 in Dark Green or Black, would possibly consider other colors that aren’t gold.

Unlocked is okay, good original paint and reasonable maintenance is required. Southeast located is preferred, but flexible in location for a rust free rig. Would consider a Land Cruiser as well!

Let me know if you have or know of anything!

Thanks in advance.

It's me... I'm the friend...

With his help, I'm looking to replace my 97 LC80 in my profile pic. In April, someone pulled out in front, while the LC was doing 40+ and it was totaled. Tried every which way to justify salvaging and rebuilding, but it was a bridge too far.

After a few months of mourning, telling myself I wouldn't get back into it, especially after seeing a 26 month restoration gone in the blink of an eye...

Well, I can't quit them. Any leads, we'd certainly appreciate it.

Cheers!

Not mine but here you go.

'97 Collectors Edition, triple locked, original paint appears to be immaculate, 250K miles. $16,000

Interesting. I know Seneca, SC... Although it says that's where the LC80 is, but the seller is in Nashville. Plus the pics are red and the write up says gray. Always makes me cautious when things never add up that way.

Thanks for the heads up.

Glad to help. I've wasted half my day trying to find parts for my 97 CE that I'm prepping for sale, that's how I came across this one. My FB reads Burgundy and Tan but I was also curious about the Nashville vs Seneca post. The poster doesn't really seem to know a lot about Land Cruisers when i sent him easy questions about lockers, roof rack delete and seat condition. I think he might be selling it for someone else because I asked for pictures of the interior and he responds w words and no pictures. Albeit, for $16K, if it's legit, and rust free, could be a good deal for someone.
