Nice looking rig and very interesting cup holder you made for it.
Good luck with the sale.

Thanks! The cupholder has worked out awesome for my needs. The cubby hole I cut out was always full of crap so it cleaned it up.

Hey guys am I in the ball park on the price?

It's a little high with that mileage and the year model. Plus most have to also figure in hauling or time to go get it, unless you find a local buyer. Also while the paint looks great, most are probably wanting to know how badly it was damaged in the rear panel to have paint and probably body filler lifting(I don't know what's happened only what I'm imagining). It also seems that LC80 prices have been a little soft lately to me. Please don't get all bunched up with my feedback as it was asked for. Good luck and I do hope it sells for full asking price.

Thanks for the feed back. The rear quarter was not hit while I owned the vehicle so I don't know the whole story behind the dent. When i had the entire truck repainted the Painter pointed out a large dent in that area after he sanded off the area. He pulled the dent out and tried his best to minimize the amount of bondo in the area. Everything that I have seen the hit was not very hard and I haven't found any other bent components in or around the area. The reason I had it repainted was because the painter owed me a lot of money and we worked out a deal to paint the truck. We'll see if I get an interest. It really is a very nice FJ that has been completely gone through.

Agree it is a very good looking 80. Folks just want to know if it was a big hit or a fender bender. I honestly think the big issues are the year and the mileage for you price point. I just purchased a 97' in really good shape, with a lot of extras for $5200(not locked) and am looking at another nice 97' for under $6500(locked). I also had a heck of a time selling a 97' locked and SC 180K for right under 20K so I also think that the market is softening up for the moment.

Bump for the weekend.....

Price reduced to $12,500. I need the $$ to build my 100.

i don't think it is high, these are becoming harder to find, it is only worth what others are willing to pay for.

is this still available - would like to take a look at it

Hey Ian, yes I still have it. Sorry for the delay, I didn't get a notice that you had responded. Let me know if you still want to see it. I am in Meridian

Here is more comprehensive list of everything I've done to the truck.... The prices you see are just for the parts. Doesn't include any labor to install the part... Even if you're installing it yourself, your time is worth something....

I Wanted to add that this list doesn't include my new wheels so you can add $1,000 bucks to the total of the parts :)
