94 LC coolant tempSensor location (1 Viewer)

Guys, I purchased the coolant temp
Sensor part 89422-35010. Two questions:
1. I wanted to purchase the coolant temp sensor that went to the computer not the temp
Gauge. Did I buy the right one?
2. If It is the right one, is it located near the oil filter or the other side by the thermostat?

Yes 89422-35010 is the correct part number, the gasket for it is 90430-12005. The location near the oil filter in the attached pic attached is a bit better than just describing it.

Yep, just like it says in the text in the upper left corner. "Sender Gauge"
