94 Land Cruiser - Shifter Issue (1 Viewer)

Hello guys… I have a 94 Land Cruiser with a 6.0 LS & 4l80e Swap. I came home the other day and I couldn’t put the vehicle into Park. The shifter will not go up past Neutral. I had to pull fuses to shut the vehicle off. I took a video. We slightly modified the shifter gate to allow us to keep the stock shifter. The shifter cable is new so I know that is not binding, plus I disconnected it to rule it out. The thumb detent works fine and is not causing the issue either. I can’t seem to figure out what is stopping the shifter at neutral. If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!
