94 headliner removal

first off great forum & thanks for any replies, I have done a few searches & I have found nothing pertaining to 94 or before headliner removal. I am needing to fix the sunroof so here is the..
...Question, at the windows (front & rear sides) the material seem to be wrapped around so well that I feel like the window rubber needs to be removed or I will tear the material. Any insight would be appreciated.

Same here

Looking to remove the headliner on my 94 too....its a wreck anyway...Im sure the liner wraps around the door pillars and will try to provide pics once i start on that. Follow my post and i will try to do this by next week.
