does anyone know where i can buy a replacement 120L or larger tank?

thanks very much

Check Long ranger website - they have a 180L aux tank replacing your 45L sub tank. Tank code is TR68L. there are other variants also. if you search this forum, plenty of pics and discussions, e.g like here.

Order is made through ARB - so check with your closet ARB agent.
Hope this helps.

I have the long ranger and haven't had any issues at all. The US models have so much more to move around because of the tank. Since you are out of the US, I am not sure if you will have the issues.

Well then you are going to have to re-route the carbon canister and the only place to move it where there is room is above the main gas tank in the front of it. But make sure you use heat tape to stop the exhaust from melting the wires.

The holes won't all line up with the frame. Some will, some won't.

The pump that comes with it is slow and crap...get a new holley pump....much better and faster.

You will have to re-route alot of tubes...all from the fuel and carbon canister.

Also there is the charcoal canister filter which is a small box that will stay in the back of the truck underneath. Be careful when moving it. ALL the fittings are plastic. So when you mount it be careful not to do it too tight or you will crack it and the fittings and need a replacement.

Don't forget that you are adding 150lbs for the tank empty and then 67 gallons of gas...so about 350-450 pounds at any given time. Hope your suspension is up to it.

Hey Dtt255, did you upgrade your brakes? I remember you stating you where going to upgrade to manage the extra weight. Now that you've had it a little while, hows it handling with the extra weight?

Tremendously well.

No issues at all. None....should have done it a long time ago.
