The dealer is likely considering the cult following of the 80 and land cruisers in general, the extremely low miles, the condition of paint and interior, the highly sought after lockers and a neat little winch when basing his price.

Assuming everything checks out on this one, I'm guessing it'll settle for well over 10K here in the PNW.
