I found a 93 cruiser for sale(parting out) and the guy doesn't know if it has lockers or not. He said it does have rear disc brakes. I was wondering if since it has rear disc would it also have lockers. He said it is all stock.

I'll have him check to see if it has the dial. I also just got a 91 model. So if it doesn't have lockers is there anything else of any value that I could use off of it that would make it worth buying.

If I recall correctly....rear disc brakes on a 93 means it has a full floater rear axle but that doesn't have anything to do with having lockers.
