It's time for my 90k service..actually past time, I'm at 96k.

I've spent the past few days combing though every 90k thread I could find, trying to make up a current list of items that need to be addressed.

I'm going for the large list, because I'm going to do my best to put 250k on this truck. I love it.

That being said, here's my list. Obviously a couple of these I will do myself (PCV, Air Filter, etc):

Replace Timing Belt / Tensioner Pulley / Idler Pulleys

Replace Drive (serpentine) Belt / Tensioner

Replace PCV Valve

Replace Water Pump, including O-Rings

Replace Thermostat, including O-Rings

Replace Camshaft seals

Replace Crankshaft seal

Full lube

Flush front, rear, and center differentials

Flush Transfer Case

Flush Coolant

Flush Power Steering

Air Filter

So, my question is, what am I missing? What is overkill, if anything?

I've gotten CDAN to price all the parts (around $500) and my dealership is quoting around $900-$1000 in labor. Total of around $1500 parts and labor, which doesn't sound too bad.

Any input would be welcomed...

I think you have it covered.

these are the same unit. you might also add some sort of transmission and breaking system PM to your list.

Yes they are...thanks.

I JUST rolled over 90,000 myself. Dealer quoted me $995 parts and labor for what THEY think is a 90K service. How much of what they do falls short of you guys think should be done? I might have to ask who this CDAN is for my own part list.

Might be a good time to do heater T's if that's not on your list, since you'll be draining coolant anyway. And of course brake fluid and AHC fluid (if equipped) is due every 30k. Maybe power steering fluid since you are doing nearly everything else at the same time.

Looking at my list, I wonder if you might want to add in spark plugs and heater hose T's? And I assume the wheel bearings/spindle bearings on yours are up to date on lube.

Thanks - did the heater Ts a while ago and thought I did get the plugs but apparently Onur and I miscommunicated.
