Does 900.00 sound about right?

I will be having my 90,000 service done shortly. The total will be 900.00 and some change. The stealership will replace with all OEM parts:

Timing belt
serpentine belt
thermostat
thermostat gasket
water pump
spark plugs
anti-freeze

Does this sound like a decent price?

Here is what I am being charged for parts:
serpentine belt 90.55
water pump 143.53
timing belt 58.09
coolant? 43.58
thermostat and gasket 25.78
spark plugs 82.96

That's a great price.

I think it's a good price. My wife paid more than that for just the timing belt and water pump.

Seems like a good price indeed. I paid $850 or so this summer but that didn't include plugs. Did those myself.

Is the dealership including the misc gaskets and parts included a normal t belt/water pump change?

OP does not mention the idlers, or the tensioner, or the 2 orings on the water bypass housing. Those are necessary IMHO when doing this job.

$900 does sound reasonable for a Gulf States Toyota dealership doing the job. They are definitely charging you a little over Toyota MSRP.

I'm talking parts. :)

Labor is all over the place depending on the market. Here in ABQ, they charge $120 and hr.

I got quoted $885 for water pump, Tbelt, thermostat. No plugs. This sounds about right. I'm not delving into that to save a couple of hundred bucks.

Thread title fail.

I too paid more than that for my 90K from an independent shop. It sounds like a good price. Labor in our neck of the woods is $80-$100/hr
