It has been a fun project, but wasn't entirely practical for family life. This truck was my daily driver and is very reliable.

The good and standard:
Low miles (170k)
New carpet and seat upholstery
OME lift
Half length roof rack included
Cooper AT3 tires with 8k miles
Auto transmission
Legendary 3FE engine
Power door locks and windows
Flushed coolant
Transmission serviced 9k mi ago

Recently done:
Birfield / knuckle rebuild with Marlin seals and wheel bearings
New AC compressor / switch to R134
New alternator
Valve adjustment within 5k miles with gasket
New oil pan gasket
New thermostat and gasket
Most vacuum lines replaced
New passenger front motor mount
New drive belts

The not so good:
Has some body rust. Frame is good. Needs rust repair and paint. Have been quoted $1,500 for rust repair.
Tranny slips into 3rd if you're light on the gas. Shifts fine otherwise. Hasn't gotten better or worse under my ownership.
Needs a couple of exhaust brackets replaced
4wd solenoid needs to be replaced

The rest is normal wear for a 30yr old truck. Always cranks. Drives and idles well.

I like putting the CL pics and info so even after the Cruiser is sold people can reference condition, price, etc. This was very helpful for me when I was looking for mine.
