Project is done so theres nothing left to do but start a new one. That, and I am shopping for an 80 series so it can double as a family travel rig.

DISCLAIMER: Title says "flood damage", though it doesn't show up on Carfax. Knowing this going into my original purchase of the vehicle (approx 3 years ago), I did some rather selective dissassembly/inspection. I removed the ECU and took the board out to look for signs of corrosion; none. I also did some extensive searching of the interior for any evidence of a previous flood; none. I think this vehicle became sombodys insurance scapegoat at one time.

Rust free, Texas/Oklahoma history. Clean body with a few light rock rash marks. Driver fender has some filler repair but looks good. Paint is oxidizing on hood and roof. All glass is good. Very cold A/C. Interior is good except normal dash cracks and driver seat is starting to wear on lower cushion.

Turbo: Not a "Joe-Bob" setup. This is my third homegrown turbo setup and most sophisticated as well. Runs 6psi, manual boost controller, intercooled, external wastegate, auxillary fuel pump, additional injector controller, (2) 30lb injectors, and a wideband AFR controller/gauge. I run 91 octane just to be safe but have never heard any sign of detonation. Never needs "tuning" or fiddling with. Approx 40 hp gain and gas mileage is very comparable to stock. Vehicle is mechanicly rock solid.

SUSPENSION: Long AAL's, shock hoops front, raised mounts rear, Rancho 9000 adjustable all four corners, extended shackles. Rig flexes pretty good.

Vehicle currently has less than 140K, has custom bumpers and sliders, interior spare carrier, rear seatbelt 'harnesses", Aussie lockers F/R, 1.5" wheel spacers, and brand new BFG A/T 33x10.50 tires, (matching spare but not new).

If your looking for somthing that your friends don't have, this might fit the bill.

i've got a bud with a white 97' with lockers and an arb winch capable bumper he might would trade. it's clean as a whistle and has about 150k. you would probably have to come up with some trade difference, though. pm me if you're interested. located just south of memphis, tn.

damn. i was hoping to check out your rig when I am back home next month. hopefully someone buys it out here in CO.

Looks like you might get your chance. People arn't exactly tripping over each other to come get it. I thought a LC enthusiast might express some intrest but perhaps not. There's allways Ebay and CL I guess.

That's a good deal and cool too. Here's a bump for you.

How close are you to an airport?

Thats a nice looking rig. I'm very interested. Have you had any problems at all with it? If i bought it, it would be my daily driver, but I would only have to drive it to work which is about a mile and a half away. (I would also have to convince the wifey:frown:)

Bump for a great deal. I have seen this truck and it is nice.

Thanks Dave.

Now sombody come look at this rig so it'll have the opportunity to "sell itself".

I think he told me around 140K. If I did not own 9 vehicles (3 Cruisers) I would have this already.
