My subdivision is jumping my case and going to start charging me every month if I don't get this off my driveway. And my wife won't give up her side of the garage. Was planning on building it into a family trail rig with A/C but my work schedule and family obligation don't give any time to work on it.

Hasn't been ran in about 9 yrs.
Needs; carb rebuilt, belts, hoses, fluids flushed, battery, maybe a starter, and some minor body work.
New parts not installed; OEM drivers seat cover, carb rebuild kit, full tune-up kit, battery tray, all the fluids, FJ60 maintenance manual, and 2f engine manual. I might have a few other new parts in the garage for it.
The black Tacoma wheels and tires are NOT included
