Hello! I’m in the market for a 80 series but I’m not too sure what a “good” price is. I’m going to test drive one tomorrow hopefully but I won’t be purchasing it. Online I see a lot of variance in the price on them so I was just curious to see if anyone local has any experience with buying the 80 series.

Sorry for the late response. Not many of us are on MUD any more. I have an LX450 and love it. There is a lot of variance on prices in the 80 series. Bought mine with 162k on the odo, 3x locked, ARB front bumper with winch, 4x Labs rear without swing outs, 2.5" Iron Man lift with foam cell shocks and a few other goodies for $9500. I thought it was a pretty good price. I've seen similar rigs go for less but they seem to have rust issues. Mine has issues of its own (what do you expect from a 22 year old rig though) but I still feel like I got a good deal. Price will also be dependent on location of the rig. Where are you looking, what's the price, what mods are done and is it 3x locked?

Yeah. Sold it a couple months ago and bought the GX460 in it's place. I love the GX but do miss the LX from time to time.
should have thought of selling it to me, I would have let you drive it
