yeah! the wife is on board finally and said "do it, I like those.......just not like Rob's" which after further discussion meant stockish...so the criteria are:
1. $8,000 or less
2. 150k ish on it....preferably less
3. small 2.5 inch lift is good (winch bumper would be a cherry on top)
4. Silver or White color preferable, NO BURGANDY or Black, Grey or green work
5. DD so no mechanical issues (speaking of what are some common ones to look for?)
6. I haven't seen them in person but essentially something like David's rigs.
7. 96-97 preferable.....can be LC or Lexus
Will only buy after volvo is gone UNLESS it's a dream truck being given away.
Is this "DO-ABLE - Reasonable"??

It is where you don't have pics and can't easily see. It has lived in snow and salt. You are wanting a nice DD so wait it out and find a good southern truck. It will be worth it in the end. Jen's GX was from Ohio and it already had some rust on the spare tire stem and it is 9 years newer.

Thought black (dark color) wasn't an option for you?
I would greatly prefer light color but that truck is ready to roll as is....that's worth a few more detailings to keep it clean.

pass. too blinged out...
tell him to keep his wheels/tires and take that off and then maybe... but even the bumpers have been painted. You'd change those though.
