I know they will fit but some folks are worried about color codes and coil wraps and other mindless nonsense.

I'm stopping by the Tolleson Inn on the way out and the way back from the Round Up next weekend if Rob wants to drop off at 49 Tire or the Inn. I can haul back then or as @wngrog said in April at Mardi Krawl.

Not hard at all. You got this. Remove rear driveshaft from rear flange, note amount of free play in rear flange by twisting back and forth by hand. Remove pinion nut and washer, remove pinion seal (a little 90wt may come out), grease and install new pinion seal, put a little RTV on pinion threads, replace washer and nut trying to tighten to exactly the previous preload (check to see free play is about the same by hand), re-stake pinion nut (should be in about the same place as before if you did it right),replace driveshaft, check oil level and adjust as necessary. Done.
 
Agree with above, and if for some reason the diff was rebuilt with a solid spacer and shims, then it is even easier because you don't have to worry about the pre-load setting as it won't change.
