I have been going back and forth on 350 or 1FZ for my '91. I have a good '93 frame with lockers and ABS. I like my '94 and wouldn't mind having a duplicate. I am still installing the 1FZ and 5 speed in the 55 but I am using the stock frame. I didn't want the 55 too wide.
All the body mounts are in the same places. The exhaust shields will end up on the wrong side as will the battery and washer jars. In addition you will need to mount the ABS actuator and such.
Will you have trouble licensing it in CA?
