This will be the 7th year of CCWS at Windrock Offroad park. Dates are Jan 17-20. We have the OG cabins reserved that are across the street from each other (Squatch Nest & Off the Beaten Path). I believe all bunk spots are filled, but anyone is welcome to join us for this ride.

It's a fun ride. Y'all come out.

Hate that I will miss again this year. One of my favorite events! I look forward to seeing the photos/videos and hope that you all get some nasty snow to enhance that media 🥶

Is the team caravaning up on Thursday or Friday?
I need to finalize my plans yet and this will help. By the way, will Sam be attending and demonstrating how to nap on the trail? I am trying to convince my daughter to let me bring her youngest as my co-pilot.

Thanks

We are planning to meet up in Bham at 8am to leave. We stop in Chattanooga at Edley’s BBQ around 11am for lunch, if that would be easier for you to meet us.

Sam is sitting this one out haha, but he will probably start coming next year.

Thursday? Friday? (or stating another way, start wheeling Friday morning or Saturday morning?)

Thanks

Idea for consideration Would there be any interest in dinner at Dean's Restaurant? I love the pot roast there, so I try to visit when I can (they are closed Saturday and Sunday, so Friday is window of opportunity). The menu has always had a home run with everyone that I know that has eaten there.

Thanks

We’ve eaten at Edleys the past 4 years in a row and it’s become a tradition of ours. Dean’s looks like a good spot though
Edley's at 11am
After the drive to Oak Ridge / unloading the trucks / setting up the cabins ...
You may work up an appetite that needs attention. lol

I take 411 as a more relaxing route, so I won't be near Chattanooga to join you for lunch. Thanks for the invite to lunch. I expect to arrive in Oak Ridge mid afternoon. If any interest in Dean's or somewhere else starts to develop, text me.

Have a safe uneventful trip up.

Looks like we have 6 trucks coming from Nashville Friday night. See y'all soon!

Thanks for hosting another great outing. We had a great time.
I hope last nights game party went well. The way the temperatures were dropping, I thought it best to keep to Miles in for the night.
Our drive back was uneventful. With luck, yours was too.

I only took a few pictures, but here are a few that I did take.

With it being Miles inaugural trail ride, I posed a picture of him to capture the weekend.

Looks like it was a little slick up there, but looks like you guys continued the snow tradition again. Seem like it is becoming a regular for your trips. Looks like a good time Cole.
